How to be a Computerlover

Code Computerlove talks about what digital agencies are really looking for in graduates and explain their recruitment philosophy.

Time: 1.00 pm on 25th March, Venue: Manchester Lecture Theatre, All Saints, MMU

As part of the Electric Fireside* series of talks, Tony Foggett, Chief Executive Officer of Code Computerlove and Tim Peel their Technical Direcor, will give a talk on working in the Creative and Digital Sector to students and staff at MMU.  Code Computerlove is a highly successful digital communications agency based in Manchester with an impressive portfolio of national and multi-national clients.  The talk will be aimed at both technologists and creatives, and will give an insight into what those at the sharp end of the digital sector are looking for in employees.  This is definitely a talk to help with employability and will be good for anyone wishing to work in the sector from any part of the University; well worth an hour of your time.

We are very fortunate to have Tony, who is a leading figure on the digital scene in Manchester, giving the talk.

‘* Electric Fireside is the name given to a series of occaisional talks organised by the School of Computing Mathematics and Digital Technology and the Department of Media on matters of interest to creatives and technologists.’
